Quality rebate:

Protein

Basis 36% acceptable down to 35% with 1:1 rebate or fraction thereof.

 Below 35% reject able at buyer’s option

Basis 12% acceptable up to 13.00% with 1:1 rebate or fraction thereof.

Fibre

 Basis 12% acceptable up to 13.00% with 1:1 rebate or fraction thereof

By Irrevocable letter of Credit

Weighing and quality

Final at load port by SGS/ Intertek/ Cotecna at Seller’s option & expenses.

To be covered on Buyer’s account.

Other terms

1. Third party documents acceptable except invoice and draft
2. Shipment to be effected in 20FT/40FT/40FT (HC) containers at seller’s option.
3. All charges at disport like THC, de stuffing charges etc are for buyer’s account
4. All customs duties, taxes, levies, import license at discharge port to be for buyer’s account
5. 14 days demurrage/detention free days from shipping line is granted. B/Ls to stipulate the same or separate letter to be provided for the same.
6. Partial shipment/transshipment allowed.
7. Copy of required documents to be faxed/emailed to buyer within 7 working days from Bills of Lading date
8. Buyers to provide bank guarantee to clear the cargo if original documents do not arrive before arrival of cargo at place of delivery
9. LC to allow period of presentation for documents to be within 21 days after the date of shipment but within the validity of credit. Date of LC expiry to be 30  days after the last date of shipment period. All documents to be faxed/ emailed to the buyer within 7 working days of the BL date.
